Extremely unprofessional service and there was no coordination between staff members. We had clearly indicated our check in and check out dates but they literally asked us to leave in the middle of the day as they had another booking. Staff was very rude about the whole situation. Would not recommend to anyone as there are much better hotels in Khajuraho with better service.

We had a very pleasant experience while staying at the MPT Payal, Khajuraho between 31st Jan - 2nd Feb. We had no problem in anything, the property is beautiful and near to the Khajuraho temples. A car was arranged from the reception for the sightseeing and drop at Khajuraho airport too. All the staff were courteous.

Very comfortable hotel with great service. Food was excellent and the restaurant staff even packed food for us for our early morning tours. I want to especially complement Jagdish Pal and Amrita to taking good care of us. Also want to thank Asif who went out of the way to help us book safari tour to Panna Tiger reserve and provided other guidance. This facility comes out with shining stars in face of stiff competition from neighboring 5 star hotels.
